Mac repairs and support
A broken screen, unreliable keyboard or failing drive may need a physical repair. We can identify the work required and explain the parts and labour involved. We will explain if the technician needs to arrange offsite work.
Hardware repairs and upgrades
Not every job involves replacing parts. We also offer computer checks, practical advice, insurance reports and remote help for suitable software tasks on a connected device. Let us know which applications or devices the question concerns.
Remote computer supportYou can contact us without knowing the model or the cause of the fault. Start with the device type and symptoms, and include a photograph of any error message if it helps explain the issue.

Yes, you can discuss an onsite appointment with the office. We look at the computer where it is used and arrange any offsite work that the assessment shows is necessary. Mention equipment that cannot easily be disconnected.
Our team helps with Windows devices and Macs for physical repairs, software faults and new-computer setup. We can also look at email, printers and the network around the device. Include the model if the question involves replacement parts.
We assess performance and startup problems on supported computers. Unwanted software, errors and physical component faults can produce similar symptoms, so the cause is checked before recommending work. A photo can help explain an error that appears intermittently.
The cost depends on the fault and work required. There is a minimum labour time of one hour per job, followed by 15 minute blocks. We charge no call-out fees or travel costs; onsite time starts on arrival. Parts are additional if needed. We can talk through related jobs you want considered at the same visit.
Allow for the one-hour minimum service, while recognising that the fault determines the work. Many jobs need around that hour; repairs involving parts or offsite attention can take longer to complete. The technician can explain the next stage if the work needs another visit.
We consider the repair cost alongside the age, condition and intended use of the device. You can discuss the choices after diagnosis. Our normal service fees apply even if the fault makes repair uneconomical or you choose replacement. You are able to decide after hearing the proposed work and alternatives.
Yes, including initial setup and moving accessible documents or photos. We can connect the printer, add email and discuss the applications needed so the new device is ready for everyday use. A backup may be another source for the files you want to move.
Contact us by phone or leave your details in the form above. The team will discuss what you need, explain pricing and confirm the booking arrangements rather than assume a time from the enquiry alone. An error message or photo may help describe the issue.
