Set up your new MSI computer
Set up Windows, your applications and connected devices so the new MSI is ready for the way you use it. Include the accounts and connected equipment that need to be ready at the end.
New computer setup
We help Western Sydney customers with MSI repairs, software and new-device setup. The service includes hardware faults and everyday tasks such as email, printers, network connections, backups and moving files.
Describe when the issue occurs, including ordinary use and any application that seems to trigger it. Let us know whether you have an MSI-built computer or a custom system containing MSI parts so the assessment considers the right equipment.
The services below cover repairs and everyday setup for your MSI computer. You can discuss related tasks together with our Western Sydney team.

New computer setup
Get unexpected warnings or browser changes investigated, with help removing unwanted software and reviewing security settings. Tell us about unexpected remote access as well as unfamiliar messages.
Virus and malware removal
Add your account to a new MSI or get help with email that has stopped sending, receiving or opening. Mention whether webmail and other devices still show the messages normally.
Email and connection help
Tell us whether freezing or delays happen in everyday apps, games or both, so we can investigate the right things. The work should address the cause rather than assume extra memory is always needed.
Help with a slow computer
Have unreliable internet checked alongside your router and other devices, whether the PC uses Wi-Fi or a network cable. A router change or recent network problem is useful background for the assessment.
Network and Wi-Fi support
Get help connecting a printer, extra screen or accessories, including checking any dock or adapters in the setup. We can discuss a group of connected devices as one practical setup job.
Network and Wi-Fi support
Move the photos and documents you need and get advice about reinstalling your usual applications on the new PC. Applications and licences are considered separately from copying documents and photos.
New computer setup
Choose a practical backup arrangement and learn how to check that your important files are being copied. You can ask how to verify the backup after the appointment.
Backups and data recovery
Describe the lights, startup screen or error message so we can discuss assessment of an MSI that will not load. A loading error and a complete lack of power require different checks.
Computer startup help
Share the full laptop model, or details of your desktop build, when asking about damaged parts and hardware repairs. Normal diagnostic fees apply even if the repair is uneconomical or declined.
Hardware repairs and upgrades
Ask about assessment when files disappear or storage stops opening, including which drive holds the files you need. Further attempts on a failing drive may affect recovery options, so contact us first.
Backups and data recovery
Review updates, storage and startup programs, and mention unusual noise, heat or restarts that need checking. You can include smaller software and connection issues in the same enquiry.
Computer health checks
Compare repairs, practical upgrades and replacement after checking the hardware and what you want the computer to do. A suitable upgrade is considered only where the particular model supports it.
Upgrades and purchase advice
Share your insurer's requirements so we can discuss inspecting the MSI and preparing the requested findings. Keep the insurer's instructions available before approving repair work.
Computer insurance reports
Ask whether a software or email problem on your working MSI can be handled remotely or needs a visit. We discuss suitability first because remote support cannot resolve every fault.
Remote computer supportYou can arrange MSI hardware repairs, software support or new setup through our Western Sydney team. Tell us the computer and work so we can discuss a visit.
The cost depends on the fault and work required. There is a minimum labour time of one hour per job, followed by 15 minute blocks. We charge no call-out fees or travel costs; onsite time starts on arrival. Parts are additional if needed. Tell us whether the device is an MSI-built computer or a separately assembled PC. Model and relevant application details help plan the assessment.

Repair value depends on the work needed and how well the computer can meet your needs afterwards. We can discuss alternatives. Our normal service fees apply to diagnosis even if the repair is uneconomical or you elect not to proceed. We can discuss the setup work needed if replacement becomes the more useful choice.
Our service is independent of MSI. Manufacturer warranty enquiries should go to its support team before you book paid repairs with us.
Allow for the one-hour minimum service, while recognising that the fault determines the work. Many jobs need around that hour; repairs involving parts or offsite attention can take longer to complete.

Our technicians visit homes and small businesses from Parramatta and the Hills through Blacktown to Penrith, as well as the Fairfield, Bankstown and Liverpool districts.
