Set up new Lenovo devices
Get a new Lenovo ready with your accounts, software and the printer or screens you already own. Include the accounts and connected equipment that need to be ready at the end.
New computer setup
Our Western Sydney team assists with Lenovo computers that need hardware repairs, software help or new setup. Accounts, files, printers and home connections can be included in the same conversation as the main fault.
Different versions of ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, Yoga and other ranges have different construction and upgrade limits. Include the model or machine type when available, and describe the problem rather than trying to select a replacement part yourself.
The services below cover repairs and everyday setup for your Lenovo computer. You can discuss related tasks together with our Western Sydney team.

New computer setup
Have unfamiliar programs, browser changes or repeated pop-ups investigated and discuss practical steps after a computer scam. Tell us about unexpected remote access as well as unfamiliar messages.
Virus and malware removal
Set up your own email or get sending problems checked. Let us know if the computer is managed by your employer. Mention whether webmail and other devices still show the messages normally.
Email and connection help
Get freezing during documents, slow startup or other delays checked, with advice based on the way you use the computer. The work should address the cause rather than assume extra memory is always needed.
Help with a slow computer
We can check a laptop that will not reconnect and compare its Wi-Fi behaviour with your other household devices. A router change or recent network problem is useful background for the assessment.
Network and Wi-Fi support
Bring together your laptop, dock, screens and printer, with help checking the connections and setup. We can discuss a group of connected devices as one practical setup job.
Network and Wi-Fi support
Move the documents and photos you need, and check your new setup before putting the old machine aside. Applications and licences are considered separately from copying documents and photos.
New computer setup
Arrange a backup for the folders that matter, and learn how to check that the copies are up to date. You can ask how to verify the backup after the appointment.
Backups and data recovery
Ask for help with a computer stuck at the Lenovo logo, looping through startup or showing a Windows error. A loading error and a complete lack of power require different checks.
Computer startup help
Use the model or machine type when asking about a damaged screen, faulty keyboard or other hardware repair. Normal diagnostic fees apply even if the repair is uneconomical or declined.
Hardware repairs and upgrades
Tell us what files are missing and what happened beforehand so we can discuss recovery without unnecessary changes to the drive. Further attempts on a failing drive may affect recovery options, so contact us first.
Backups and data recovery
Have the settings and software behind everyday frustrations reviewed, along with updates, storage space and security. You can include smaller software and connection issues in the same enquiry.
Computer health checks
Discuss what an upgrade could achieve on your model and how it compares with setting up a replacement. A suitable upgrade is considered only where the particular model supports it.
Upgrades and purchase advice
Arrange an inspection and findings for your insurer, with the computer details and requested report requirements. Keep the insurer's instructions available before approving repair work.
Computer insurance reports
Ask whether your software or email problem can be handled remotely using the computer's working internet connection. We discuss suitability first because remote support cannot resolve every fault.
Remote computer supportYou can arrange Lenovo hardware repairs, software support or new setup through our Western Sydney team. Tell us the computer and work so we can discuss a visit.
Pricing is discussed with you rather than determined by the symptom alone. Labour starts with a one hour minimum per job and continues in 15 minute blocks. We charge no call-out or travel fees; onsite time starts when we arrive. Parts are additional if required. Please include model and machine-type details if available. The range name alone does not establish which parts or upgrades fit the computer.

We can help weigh a repair against replacing the device once the fault is understood. A useful upgrade may also be an option. Our diagnostic service fees apply even when the repair would be uneconomical or you do not proceed. We can discuss the setup work needed if replacement becomes the more useful choice.
Our service is independent of Lenovo. Manufacturer warranty enquiries should go to its support team before you book paid repairs with us.
There is a one-hour minimum per job, and many tasks fit within roughly that time. More complex faults, replacement parts or offsite work may need a separate completion arrangement after diagnosis.
