Does it include Macs?
Yes. We can review Mac setup and performance as well as Windows computers, including software and relevant hardware concerns. The checks depend on the device and what you have noticed.
Will you carry out upgrades automatically?
No. We explain findings and discuss proposed repairs or changes with you. Any suitable upgrade and parts costs are considered against the condition of the computer and your needs.
Can you check my printer or email at the same time?
Yes, mention those tasks when arranging the appointment. We can discuss the work together and prioritise what will make the most useful difference during the visit.
How do I find out about pricing?
Our minimum labour time is one hour per job, and many jobs only need that hour. If more time is needed, we bill in 15 minute blocks. We do not charge call-out fees or travel costs. For onsite work, the time starts when your technician arrives. Parts cost extra if needed. The total depends on the fault and the work required, so we can give a more accurate estimate after diagnosis. How long should I allow for the job?
Many jobs take around an hour, which is our minimum labour time per job. If extra time is needed, we bill in 15 minute blocks.
