New computer setup
Protect photos and documents with a backup arrangement that suits the way you use the computer.
Backups and data recovery
Describe any lights, sounds or screen messages so we can assess why the computer will not start normally.
Computer startup help
The product number and photos help us discuss the right parts and assessment for a damaged or faulty device.
Hardware repairs and upgrades
Ask about files that have disappeared or a drive the computer no longer recognises. Recovery needs its own assessment.

Have software updates, storage space and startup programs reviewed, with an explanation of what needs attention.

Remote computer supportCall Australian Computer Doctors on (07) 5412 1255 or use the enquiry form to describe the problem. We visit your home or workplace for repairs, setup and everyday support. If parts or offsite work are needed, your technician will explain the options and arrangements.
Our minimum labour time is one hour per job, and many jobs only need that hour. If more time is needed, we bill in 15 minute blocks. We do not charge call-out fees or travel costs. For onsite work, the time starts when your technician arrives. Parts cost extra if needed. The total depends on the fault and the work required, so we can give a more accurate estimate after diagnosis. Call us on (07) 5412 1255 to discuss pricing, or use our repair estimate form to send the details.
Some models suit straightforward home use, while others are designed for business, portability or gaming. Compare the model's specification and support with the tasks you need. We can help you assess a shortlist rather than choosing by the logo alone.
Yes, we help with printer setup and connection problems from the computer. Tell us the printer model and whether it connects by cable or Wi-Fi. Physical printer repairs, such as a broken feed mechanism, need a different service.
Yes. The repair estimate form accepts device details and optional photos. Include a label photo and the visible fault where practical. We review the enquiry first and contact you about the next step; sending the form does not confirm a booking.
