Our minimum labour time is one hour per job, and many jobs only need that hour. If more time is needed, we bill in 15 minute blocks. We do not charge call-out fees or travel costs. For onsite work, the time starts when your technician arrives. Parts cost extra if needed. The total depends on the fault and the work required, so we can give a more accurate estimate after diagnosis. Call us on (07) 5412 1255 to discuss pricing, or use our repair estimate form to send the details.
Consider the software you need, your budget, existing devices and how you prefer to work. A Mac can suit some users well, while others need particular Windows applications. Pre-purchase advice can help you compare those requirements before buying.
The repair depends on the MacBook model and the parts required. Share the model details and photos of the damage when you enquire. Our technician comes to you and, if the repair cannot be completed onsite, will explain and arrange any offsite work.
We can discuss the problem and assess recovery options. Tell us the Mac model, what happens when you switch it on and which files matter most. Recovery depends on the storage and fault, so it cannot be guaranteed. Avoid running more fixes if the files are not backed up.
